There are design steps to follow that will help us achieve the best results. Lets get started on your project.

1) Gather information
Complete my quote form or send me an email to submit your project specifics. Explain in detail your needs, timeline, budget and any other pertinent details to help me provide you with a design quote.

2) Quote
I will be in touch with you to clarify your requirements or provide you with a price quote for your project.
Once you accept the design quotation, and agree upon a timeline, a deposit is payed to get the project started.

3) Initial design
The initial design concept or concepts are created. You review the direction of the design.

4) Feedback
You review the initial deisgn or design concepts, and provide feedback. With the feedback you provide I continue to refine and customize the design.

5) Revisions
Please feel free to ask for changes as we arrive at the final design. There may be several design, feedback, redesign cycles as your comments and changes are integrated into your project.

6) Final
Once the final design is done and approved by you, whether it's a logo, brochure or web site design, this is when the final files are generated. This might mean preparing files to send via ftp to you or a printer, or on CD or DVD sent by mail. We will work with you to ensure that the formats provided meet with your specifications.

7) Final payment and artwork release.
After the final sign-off of all work, all files and materials including copyright to the designed work passes to you upon clearance of the balance due, unless other arrangements have been set up in advance.

FINAL RELEASE OF FILES
when design services are near or at completion, final artwork will not be released until full payment is received unless other arrangements have been set up in advance.

Any client with payment past due for more than 20 days will remain static until payment is received.

Any invoiced balances 45 days past due, will have all graphic design services terminated and payment of all invoices will be expected to be paid in full.

The Client assumes all responsibility for collection and legal fees incurred by default in payment.
